The 21 Day Program will help you transition into a more natural diet which is rich is raw fruits, vegetable, nuts, seeds, and more.

With that, the goal of the 21 Day Program is transition slowly and present options that are flexible enough to incorporate into our lives.  Small changes that we can make for a life time are much better than a large change that is only done for a few weeks.  The average America eats 3 servings or less of vegetables/fruits a day (rather dismal!).  If you fall into that category you are going to be overwhelmingly shocked at what you’ve been missing out on. Over the next three weeks you will transition from a 50/50 raw to cooked meal plan to 60/50 and then to 75/25.  At the end of the three weeks you will have a better idea of what balance of raw to cook works for you and where you feel best.
